There are no contracts, never was, never will be. The most that was supposed to happen was "paper sales". Funds are needed now to relist and to get some then a bunch of "paper sales", along with the associated "hype" of riches to come, etc, whether the product works or not is insignificant, insiders will pick the lowest hanging fruit, another cash cow must be found to do this.

Evidently that is proving hard to do, as the "word" is out on this company.
