Not with close to 7.5 billion shares out, and close to that in the float.
Plus, each class of preferred shares (class A, B, C, and D) is completely maxed-out.
Plus, HPNN is obligated to issue tons more preferred shares, but apparently Nevada is not letting them issue them.

Hop-On also has some serious liabilities.
