Recurring Utility Bill Payments Using Smart Cards

Non-Banked consumers greatly outnumber consumers with banking accounts.

The non-banked buy money-orders, travel to City Hall by bus, over and over to pay recurring utility and other bills.

Smart Card Marketing missed the boat with PYDS, when it didn't Promo/Demo bank-independent, prepaid, "Cards-of-Networking-Opportunity," catering to the non-banked masses.

Load and re-loadable prepaid Smart Cards can be bought and used to pay Utility Bills at Internet enabled convenience stores 24/7 365.

Prepaid Gift/Relief cards, while Texas, Florida, Puerto Rico, California and other locations rebuild, needs to be marketed ASAP!

The Akimbo/FiCentive Smart Card platform is flying under-the-radar. The word needs to get out about Smart Cards, that streamlines payments and takes the place of redundant money-orders, checks & cash transactions.

I don't know if PYDS still owns 500,000 SMKG shares? I do know the PYDS back-office, working with "digitalized," upgraded, tried & true modular servers, needs someone to "market" Payment Data Systems (Service.)
