Yep, no news. Some quick thoughts:
-) no dilution
-) notes payable (to themselves) have risen to $794,576 so they're still paying all costs from their own pockets
-) no assets on balance sheet as all assets are in The Clubs Choice Holding; we will get a merger between FF and TCCH, probably on same date as name/symbol change. Then they will start to communicate. It will happen when Fansfrenzy portal is completed, after adding shopping cart etc.
