Sharing some information that was given to me by IR

"According to the company - the NOLs will remain with Verus Foods.

As of today, no debt had converted to shares, so all of the recent selling is natural from existing shareholders.

We looked at the sources of the volume and identified that there are two known sellers: one from the legacy note holder group. We also know that at least one large holder passed away, but can not confirm if the selling is from that estate. We expected some tax-loss selling in this time frame, particularly as the high volume has created better liquidity for legacy RBIZ investors who are not food-company oriented."
