Next they committed malpractice by reneging on forwarding the new auditor the working papers.
Next they committed fraud by billing TAUG $25k to reaudit 2014 even though they were barred from doing the re audit. Cowan and Meyler then both lied that the 25k was for past bills. There were no past bills because the 2014 audit was unlawful. And where is the attorney that Meyler testified told him he could re audit 2014..oops. Another violation because they did not get that in writing. But it is most likely BS.
And then there is that scumbag Herzog and the insurance company. Failing to mitigate this claim properly, failing to adjust it properly, and failing to respond to TAUG’s requests for the work papers.
Funny how the rebuttal report mentioned that Spire could have transferred the working papers. Why didn’t that Bozo reference Lamendola deposition if that were true. More bs, Taug would have sued Spire if that were true.
A jury is going to dislike Cowan, Meyler, and Herzog. Oh yeah, the solution they had for Taug was to go bankrupt because of their mistake
Then there are the numerous lost opportunities Taug had for M&A
