Yes, it is rather curious that the company's value is being discussed in light of a shell buyout rather than a going concern.

On the other hand, no news is no news from the company.

We are into the fourth quarter of the calendar year and have heard nothing at all.

Supposedly what happens or doesn't happen by the EOY 2017 may be an indice of success or failure.
