Yes, you do. What do you think - you can build roads, trench, drill and bulk sample a property all without permits?

That is not how the mining industry works. And even Campo knows it, as he told the SEC that NEWC could not conduct its exploration until it received THE ENVIRONMENTAL PERMIT.

So, again, are you claiming that Campo lied to the SEC about not having conducted any exploration and requiring the environmental permit before they could start?
