At the end of the day, all I care about is how value Spectrum and what it will mean to PPS.

You did a great job putting together a summary of how the deal is structured over the weekend. Thanks for that. The fact the BANJ owners will get 12% of the new company leaves them invested here. That speaks volume IMO. Looks like this deal is geared toward 'spreading the wealth' and not simply self-enrichment.

What are your thoughts?
