Eastone Capital looks great, they just plopped down $23M the other day for a piece of property in Queens, so we know they got some $$$'s.......the question for me is how exactly do they connect to Eastone Equities, who is the majority shareholder/owner of this shell.

I know they are closely connected, I just can't figure out how exactly, hopefully they are a subsidiary or part owner.
