Ski, nobody bows what kind of offers will happen. My friend was testifying in a Mylan trial 2 months ago, settlement literally happened hours before trial.

Now the insurance company knows there is a good chance they will be on the hook for up to 6 million, and there is also the elements of bad faith and negligence that could ratchet that up.
