What part of this don't y'all get?

Telogis bought not one thing from RMTD. The RMTD debt holders foreclosed on all RMTD assets. They, the debt holders not RMTD, sold those assets to Telogis. RMTD effectively became an empty shell. Plain and simple.

On a side note...

When I first invested in RMTD, I went to their place of business here in Plano so I could check out the operation and find out what I invested in. The CEO had a deer in the headlight look and just kept deferring all my questions to the SEC filings to get the answers. Even as simple a question as....what do you make here.
