A shareholder's meeting is not a bit "much:, it is what every responsible company does. It has been 3 months, with no news....no results of the alpha test, whether the beta test has even started, whether they have any plans to pursue deals for local live tv with local affiliates, what steps they are taking to secure funding to keep this company viable, what a priori plans are in place to launch and market a product, assuming there is one, with the holiday season not that far away. I'm not sure why one would resist what seems to be a logical way to proceed in the absence of other regular means to update all shareholders, not only those that Investor Relations decides to speak with.
