My opinion does not ignore the reason we are where we are.
My opinion is that I knew we were headed here for the past 6 or 7 years.

You are the one surprised about how we got here not me.

I didn't lose a dime to Scotts scam.
So yeah Scott did it.
So what?
I mean really, what good does knowing that do you?

Look at the best case scenario.
Dan Wins.
He doesn't have to pay any shares or money to scott.
Nothing changes since there is no shares or money to give him.

Scott has to pay back every dime and goes to jail.
He sold his shares and he spent the money. He has nothing to give and no way to earn from jail.
If he does he just goes bankrupt and you still get no benifit.

The only thing accomplished is there is no future potential payout to scott.

Nothing changes.

What Potts is doing is the only thing that can change your situation. And you don't really know what he's doing because he won't tell you.

Only Potts can rip you off now.
And you are still worried about Scott who can't hurt you instead.
