If they are really getting $6m in financing and only issuing 20m shares, that's the greatest deal I've ever seen. We really need more filings to come out to give us all some clarity.

Essentially these financiers will be 12% owners of a very promising company. I highly doubt Spectrum will be needing any financing beyond that $6m for years to come. As long as the insiders don't dump their shares right away, it looks like the float is going to remain the same. .30+ should be a breeze here IMO.

Who knows, maybe Spectrum will take investment money and buy shares off the open market to run the price up. That would be pretty amazing.
