TPIV is pathetic, just a pathetic "pos". No we do not need to fire Hoang and yes the BOD did listen concerning Wilson but did not go far enough, gave the worthless failure more shares and advisor role, just could not fire for performance, that would be an admission of poor past performance not acted upon and open up company and BOD up to legal/regulatory action. It is going to happen. BOD's do not care how much Hoang was paid, they just wanted a future problem and liability to go away. These guys belong in jail.

Shareholders need to realize hiring Hoang means company was not performing, no milestones or deadlines being met. This means we are in a big holding period now with cash evaporating and new financing needed. All this leads to is frustrated shareholders waiting around for something to happen and further dilution on next round of financing, Hoang can not prevent dilution based on past two financings, structure in place. Hoang is not a big time scientist, can't get science/technology going, Hoang is just a money man with a bad proposal. As soon as the low volumw support dries up share price goes down again in phases to $1, is is destined. After that who knows what happens.
