They could accomplish this easily by just executing a reverse split. There is some reason why Adrian and Mel do not want to do a reverse split. The most obvious possibility is that Mel's value in the company is held in common stock so he gets wiped out with the rest of us in a reverse split.

That they don't want to execute a reverse split has been obvious since Adrian took over. Otherwise, he would have executed a reverse split right away because the OS at the time was already bloated to 6 billion shares. Bloating the OS further something like 14-18 billion shares (I've lost of the exact number) just reinforces the fact that Adrian didn't want to do a reverse split for some reason. I can guarantee you that the reason was not his concern for your position.
