Whenever I see that ridiculous crap?
I am all over it digging in.
First is a look at otcmarkets to see what is shown and the as of date.
Then its a call to the transfer agent direct.
I do this for every single company I look at without fail.
That simple basic routine will reveal a lot more about these companies than anyone would ever expect.
