Going down to $1.25:

IFON and Cooltech both losing money.
Just spent $2M cash for the merger.
Verykool will be shut down, imo
The merged company has no IP.

Just look at the fake rallies: All of them go up and come down later in the day! Yesterday's rally: went up to $2.69, came down to $1.67 in less than four hours (some 35% drop)!
