Whoever thought the patent was legit, or that this was a reputable company when they entered this ticker, is really in trouble.
I for one accumulated shares with the idea of selling them during a bounce, which used to be quite frequent here. Now I would kill to sell some 3s for a loss. Long story short, I'm also stupid, just not so stupid as to think this thing would release patent news and fly into pennyland.
A wine app is not innovative or new. Even if a patent was granted, and one won't be, a patent is only as valuable as its subject matter. That's not a good thing for VCPS.
Time to chalk this up as a write off and move on with my life.
