Thanks Elliot for the mind dump. It is useful for me to understand the threads that hold your shares in your account. I will trust this till 11/15/17 to give PRHL one last chance before tax loss selling season urges me to pull the golden plunger. This is something I didn't have before this exchange, namely hope for the short term. Thanks again.
