Got this back from Kesha today on a query about the Dial hearings:

"I am not aware of any assets that Mr. Dial may have had. The appeal hearings that were held pertained to his continued dispute of restitution claims and we are currently awaiting a decision from the Court of Appeals from arguments that were held during the summer of 2017."

and the following on a question regardding further restitution:

"Based on my experience, there will definitely be more payments, but the frequency may be a 1-2 times a year and the payments will probably be minimal. The defendants are making monthly payments which have to be apportioned according to individual losses for all victims prior to disbursement. Once you divide a payment by several hundred victims, the payments applied monthly are extremely small. Again, disbursements will not be paid to individuals unless there is at least a $50 payment to be mailed."
