according to what I have seen it is supposed to be lifted Oct 21, but that is a Saturday so I am thinking it would be Monday the 23rd. it should have been lifted a few months ago but they extended, They had a special meeting in August, I have not seen the minutes of the meeting but I am guessing they discussed the new regulations and the moratorium. I expect it to be lifted so we only have a few more trading days before that happens.
