I offered three pieces of evidence that suggested that Gil Amelio was still the Chairman of the Board at 5BARz.

Last week I confirmed with 5BARz IR that Mr. Amelio was still Chairman of the Board. Are you implying that 5BARz IR is lying? Otherwise, what was the point of letting us all know that you haven't updated your LinkedIn page in four years? So what.

Based on all of the evidence that I can see, I'm going to stay out on that limb and say that I believe Gil Amelio is still 5BARz Chairman of the Board.
