I was a bit surprised, too. But, it makes sense if a motion picture is in development. The deal may depend on a comic publication and it probably doesn't cost much to do it through REDG/Absolute Comics.

Crosby may (stress MAY) have done a better job than Benny. But, as a board member, it was part of his job to not let Benny fail. He and the other board members must take responsibility for the failure Benny led REDG to.

I think it is the Z shares that make the hole hard to crawl out of. The debt levels are not high for a medium or large company. But, the voting control and dilution effects of the Z shares are hard to overcome. They really depress the commpany's value.
