Saint? Are you related to Opie? He set this up by not paying the taxes when they came due and struck the deal that got his tax debt paid and gave Tom Smith controlling shares. Now, even if this sham does make any money, Tom Smith (In Kendra'a name) will suck it out of the company. The rest is silence. There is no company now. Abnd even then, it is not over just yet b/c there is still the other case, Max Capital v USA, where Tom Smith's company will take all of the assets that remain, leaving us, the SPO shareholders, with nota-*ucking-thing other than debt. And all it took was a measly 50K to pay Opie's debt.

As to Opie, I am still wondering what happened to the 100M in revenue that was going to happen within a year. So, is Opie a criminal, and idiot, or what? Definitely not a saint by any stretch of the imagination IMHO.
