Just wondering if there is any update on how the negotiations are going. Very excited over the potential outcome here.
Dr. Russell:
Things are progressing well though not always in ways that we expected. As I may have mentioned, the parent company, ie. the international aerospace company, is getting more and more involved, which is very good for us. They are making the transaction even more attractive than it was. Their activities are determining the time line to our signing an agreement. Since my estimates of the time line have been off in the past ( by the way, all the schedule changes have been related to our getting a better deal...which is a positive thing ), I`m reluctant to make one now. Naturally, we all want to get the agreement signed ASAP so we can get on with the business itself.
I have to say that you and many of the other Northstar shareholders are the best. You have stayed with us through this long ride. Nothing would make me happier than to see each and every one of you make a really good profit.
