dispensary certification law took effect july 1,2017. They have a grace period until 1/1/2018 as they couldn't implement fast enough, but for sure the new law has effectively put badgenius out of business, no doubt angel didn't want any attention brought on his "lab" (i use that term loosely, more like an employee lunch room if you watched the video).
I imagine the new ticker symbol change will finally happen but not what everyone hoped for:
