NITE is a market maker, and, like all MM's, handles trades electronically. There may have been a few shares of short interest when SRGE was suspended. Perfectly normal. NITE has nothing to do with SRGE being suspended, which was all due to their fraudulent claims of a deal with a major miner, which was non-existent.

SRGE is long gone, and never was anything but a concocted idea by the MSJ crooks. Each of the four or so suspended companies that have managed to return to trading still existed and made real attempts at righting their ship. That will never happen, as SRGE and its make believe exec's have left the building. Hell, even MSJ has not been heard from since early 2013.
