To file the forms they would have had to get share structure info from the T/A to file their percent-ownership information. One such 13G shows (Filed 03/06/17) PERCENT OF CLASS REPRESENTED BY AMOUNT IN ROW (9) 4.6% (based on the total of 2,799,505,018 outstanding shares of Common Stock) With all their toxic convertible notes and the evidence of lots of dumping, the share count may be very close to 5 billion shares out by now. Or it could be 32 billion shares out? Maybe that's why they can't get audited financials signed-off on by an accounting firm and why the T/A is gagged (big red flag).
