Hmmm

I thought they already hired 2 of them but we never got any audited financials. Instead they became non sec reporting

I guess the books were so bad no company wanted to sign off on them

I hope that after the 2 year cool down period they will consider getting audited again but the way they handled the last quarter reports ( posting and then changing them) makes me believe they are not ready for an audit...
