An argument can be made for that point. I've only casually looked over the company but they had some legal troubles that affected them.

I don't know if the issues are behind them or not but I'm keeping this one on my watchlist and will do more DD in the mean time.

Stock manipulation according to the SEC. "Making false or misleading statements about a company."
