Keep in mind no banks are lending fur mj, so I doubt this would turn into a mortgage, was using that as an example. Either way, the land isn't there's until the transaction is made and title is turned over. You have to read these PRs carefully. If I were long, I'd be calling around finding out how long the line is for a license, what the requirements are, and how long it will take to get. Either way, the tell in the pr is exactly what bubba posted. We've seen this many times and is why the market didn't move this up.
