You all need to stop and think. This is a SEC registered Reg A offering. NO TOXIC financing. He still has 90% of the Reg A to do over time, at higher prices, that will come as we grow. This money is going into the businesses, staff, attorney and PR, not Troy's pocket. How many CEO scam artist's on the OTC file a Reg. A with the SEC. There will be more news and PR's coming over the next 6 weeks. Those not wanting to be patient, sell and move on.
