A CEO/Executives job is to keep it positive in the down flow of messages to the company. As you can see in the history of PRs, this also applies. They have told of turn arounds many times over the years, only to show losses time and time again.


A department store manager is not anyone that is going to be a good source of information. It's funny, I asked a couple managers from Radio Shack about how they are doing awhile back. They had the same message.. Then they went bankrupt.
