Does not address what is rotten to the core:

That if Michael Michie and BOD corporate malfeasance can go unchecked because they don't communicate or return phone calls to any shareholder concerned about their investment - then why bother to have any rules or regulations to protect shareholders in penny stock land?.

What good is the SEC? Or Regulatory authorities to enforce rules?

It means how can we trust the CEO or the BOD's to hold him accountable?

What good are 10Q's or 10K's if MICHIE INC. have unilaterally decided to allow PFSD to die on the vine and stick it to unsuspecting shareholders?

Dedication to consistent standards of ethical business practices as they relate to our customers, vendors, employees and investors.

MICHIE INC. and the BOD's are most likely going to have their legal comeuppance some day and answer for their dereliction of duty.

Shareholders are going to have to decide for themselves if they got screwed financially and fight it out or team up with Michie Inc. and believe he and his team are somehow going to fix it and they are somehow going to get their money back.

I believe it is beyond lunacy and a fat chance that shareholders will ever be made whole.
