One other thing to think about. Long time holders here will get to pay long term capital gains, so it will make them hold on to their shares a lot longer than normal and if it fails, they will write it off as a loss. If it does run, you will probably not see a lot of flipping going on initially like in other stocks due to this factor. That is why I would expect a huge jump out the gate and then shares would come out to meet demand. But the moment they announce activity of any kind, then demand will exceed supply. IMO.
