How many traders know HEMP's actual 2,482M OS?

And PPS stayed competitive?!

People using Yahoo for their stock statistics would think that HEMP has only 273M shares:

22.2 times Bloomberg's number

Without correct OS info, how can they determine if HEMP is under, over, or fairly priced?
