SEC Registered stocks that are suspended are allowed to trade on the Grey Market until the SEC Admin Law Judge revokes the company's stock registration. Revocation can happen quickly by DEFAULT if a company does not contest the Admin Proceeding, whereas companies that contest the Admin Proceeding can trade for months until the SEC Admin Law Judge revokes the company's registration.

You mentioned that Mecklermedia Corp. is a dissolved corporation so it is not likely the company will contest the revocation, which means MECK will likely be revoked quickly.
