According to the CEO there are several deals in play that he is deciding between. As of our last contact a week ago, he was hoping to have some decision in the next month. There have been no new convertible notes in the last 2 1/2 years and he has been slowly cleaning up the balance sheet. IMO he has been preparing the company for some big move.
