To my shareholders,

My attorney has asked me to keep quiet as we are wrapping things up with OTC markets. I answered the last questions they had for me on my my PIF form and forwarded what should be the last of the documentation they've requested. Mrs Nancy Rodriguez has been very helpful expediting the companies transmission. I hope to have full access to the back office this week so we can begin our journey toward making this company a current, profit driven, company with solid products and sound investments.

Shareholders Updates:

Dear Shareholders,

I was out on holidays ( Rosh Hoshanah) and will be out again for Yom Kippur..... ( so Happy New Year.. L'SHANNA TOVA!!! ) ...... So, I saw several messages and before Shabbath tonight, I thought I would update what I know.

First, according to the company's attorney, Mr.Miller was recently asked to do a PIF (personal information file) form for OTC Markets. That's great news, since that is usually a last step in their DD for new officers and directors. According to the emails that I received, most other documentation involved routine paperwork and payment receipts for the OTC Membership. And finally, the latest correspondence showed that any additional information requested was once again simple and routine. Unfortunately, in today's strict climate , the filings and approvals seem to take a long time, but at least it looks like OTC has all the needed information. I decided to do this update, because as promised, I will follow through to help the company complete all the filings and get to the "current" status ASAP.
