No need to apologize, just want to keep all the information as accurate as possible. Everybody that trades these OTC stocks long enough has also been burned and suffered losses at the hands of cons (myself included, still hold a suspended grey market ticker in my portfolio as a reminder).

I am very sorry for saying Ron started the law suit. That was me not hearing the correct thing. I thought that he did , that was my mistake. I am very happy and glad that as share holders we can voice our opinion about what we have been through.
