With the current state of the infrastructure in Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands, it seems like there is a need to be filled for additional or alternative energy sources. APU could be a valuable asset in this effort while strengthening its own revenue stream. It will be a long time before the infrastructure can be re-built in these devastated communities.
