The earliest evidence I can find shows him living there since 2011. Eddie's father passed away in 2006.

(Note: Eddie's paternal grandparents were "Boris and Khaya (Remienstein) Vakser." That's apparently where Eddie came up with the inspiration for his "Baron Von Remienstein-Investment Banker" scam.)

Records show the property is held in a trust with his brother Boris serving as trustee. IMO Eddie was allowed to move in and pay rent to his siblings (heirs) on their share of the property. Regardless, his name is not on the deed.

Eddie's no stranger to the court. I wouldn't be surprised if he files a wrongful death suit on behalf of his 68 year old father. I have no idea when his mother died but she preceded him.

Eddie was born in the former USSR (Ukraine) in 1963. Not sure when the family immigrated to the US or how because the cold war was still underway. Ukraine is home to the Chernobyl nuclear plant which exploded in 1986. I'm sure the whole country is a cesspool of deadly toxins. Determining which source harmed someone will be difficult.
