Three2001, the price targets I put out are fairly accurate if the S-1 gets filed within the next week or two, and if the $10M in funding is already set to go. Only takes about 10 days from the completion and approval of the S-1 Registration to get the funding finalized if they again have all the paperwork completed and signed in advance. Which would make sense for a serious investor.

Plus for any investors to be willing to put $10M into any company they are probably going to have a percentage of the development rights, along with royalties and profit sharing. That is how many of these deals are structured with a certain percent in debt payable Monthly after the 1st or 2nd year or depending on the EBITDA for Net Positive Cash Flows.

Personally I don't care if it takes them another 30 days and the stock (no offense everyone), hopefully drops some more for me to truly load up. This is a no brainer to me because of the Chart.

You have to stop looking at the day to day prices and look at the Long Term goal of the Company. They already have the formula for the Nano Paste Technology. They only need to manufacture it. Hence the Partnership with the Investor(s).

So all these negative comments are a bit immature and if you don't like the stock or what you see, dump your shares for a loss and move on.

I will be selling once it goes over .12 to .25 or higher.

One Note: I DO AGREE THAT THE WEBSITE NEEDS A LOT OF WORK! IT IS NOT A PROFESSIONAL WEBSITE for real Investors. And stating that your Company builds websites when you are getting $10M in Funding is truly the wrong message and image to convey. THAT HAS TO BE A COPIED WEBSITE and a HUGE MISTAKE! If not delete the Website aspect of the business from the Website and only focus on what is true revenue generating.
