Yep there are still a ton of penny turds out there flying under the radar screen. I saw one on the SEC delinquent list just the other day that was over 20 years delinquent. However, as I commented here yesterday, one of my other stocks was just suspended a couple days ago for being 2 years late so it's a crap shot.
