Key question is, if so, when do they have to disclose it, immediately upon signature or, when dark pulse receives first payment in their bank account, or when Bravatek receives it in their bank account. My belief is, if they really had to disclose it at a certain point, with all the minds at work here, do you really think they would be cynical enough to not do it right. Why would they have Dark Pulse disclose any of these deals if what you say about their obligation is true, especially if they were not going to file.
They must know what the implications would be, no?.
