I have an idea that could increase exposure
Here is an idea that someone could suggest to the company (I do not have Twitter at the moment and others have appeared to have already established successful communique with $OTTV Management)
Since the company offers broadcasting services, Maybe they can create there own channel and add it to their base lineup. The channel would be an informational one, prerecorded and continuously looped. The channel would be one that shows the different packages offered and how to order as well of the various mediums VIVALIVETV is delivered (e.g. Roku, firestick, the viva box, etc.) In addition, instructions on how to setup those mediums to stream VIVALIVETV (i.e. how to have the VIVA added to the Roku homepage). Also, show different scenarios that would be considered the best setup for different types of needs (single tv, more than one tv, tv and tablet, tablet only, smart TV, two tablets and so on). Then, show how to setup these different platforms. Include a final showing of these different setups. Also show use of the functions (i.e. using the guide feature, selecting a channel from the home page, selecting VOD channels).
They could possibly compile some of the YouTube videos already available that were put together by subscribers or they could put it altogether professionally themselves by scratch.
Possibly hire an actor/actress to talk viewers through this instructional informational VIVALIVETV channel. Maybe have his wife be part of this. Also possibly have Johnny at the start of loop briefly introduce himself and the company.
This would be beneficial in many ways, but the main goal would to show the nuts and bolts of what and how to. This would also demonstrate the broadcast capability.
This would be a very professional and value added service to help streamline the success of the company. Just a thought.
