Passengers getting on/off Japan's Bullet Trains must pass through NFC enabled turnstiles. This allows an accurate billing and payment service, while Bullet Train passengers travel A-B, in-between and to their destination(S.)
Hooking-up with On-Track Innovations, Japan's billing service and OTIV involvement in Japan is a WIN-WIN for both.
NFC enabled vending machines are rolling off Japan's assembly-lines in droves. It's only a matter of time, before NFC enabled vending machines are adopted worldwide.
I'd like to see OTIV's e.parking solution meld seamlessly with UBER, LYFT, Taxi-Cabs and consumers looking for parking spaces.
OTIV is an ASP (application service provider) that can, will, must join forces with other back-office ASPs. This will allow OTIV to bring a bigger bat to the plate, one needed to stay competitive on E&M Commerce planet Earth, while NFC morphs into the 21st Century; albeit slow.
SD: I own OTIV stock and continue to dollar cost average.
