On the contrary, the Company is defunct. All assets have been disposed of, including MacTung (which was turned over to the NWT Government in exchange for cancelation of some monies owed), and CanTung is being reclaimed, with current funding from the Government as NATUF has no money and is insolvent (thus, the bankruptcy).

The common shares are to be cancelled. There is absolutely no way they won't be, as NATUF has no assets of value, and debtors are owed tens of millions of dollars. There is no value in NATUF common shares.
